目的：分析开放性前列腺手术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法随机选取50例良性前列腺增生患者临床资料，均采取开放性前列腺手术治疗，分析患者治疗效果，并对比治疗前后患者生活质量及心理情绪变化情况。结果患者手术成功率100%，无死亡病例。术后出现3例轻度尿失禁，2例尿道狭窄，2例再梗阻，经对症处理后好转。术后患者焦虑、抑郁情绪明显改善，临床症状改善明显，生活质量显著提高，与术前相比差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。随访1年，患者术后排尿、排尿次数、尿量恢复正常。结论开放性前列腺手术治疗良性前列腺增生效果良好，可明显提高患者生活质量，缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪。应严格掌握手术操作过程，提高手术效果。%Objective To analyze the clinical effect of open prostatectomy for benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods randomly selected 50 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients clinical data, were taken open prostate surgery, treatment effect analysis, and compared before and after treatment in the patients' quality of life and psychological changes.
