氮卓斯汀联合普拉洛芬治疗过敏性结膜炎的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the efficacy of allergic conjunctivitis by combining Azelastine and Pranoprofen.Methods 67 allergic conjunctivitis patients were chosen and divided into the treatment group (n=34) and the control group (n=33) randomly. The treatment group was treated with 0.5g/L Azelastine and 1g/L Pranoprofen, and the control group was just used 0.5g/L Pranoprofen. After 3 and 7 days, the improvement of symptoms and signs and efficacy both of the groups were observed.Results 3 days after the treatment, the symptoms and signs of both groups has been improved, and the treatment group (6.35±2.08) was superior to the control one (14.82±3.13) (P<0.05). 7 days later, the scores of the two groups were better than the 3 days levels, and the treatment group (1.36±0.97) was better than the control one (5.15±1.42), too(P<0.05). The effective ratio of the treatment group was 67.6%and 79.4% which were superior to the control one 39.4% and 51.5% at the 3rd and 7th days. There was significant difference between the two groups withP<0.05.Conclusion It could improve the efficacy that Azelastine and Pranoprofen was combined in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis.%目的：观察氮卓斯汀联合普拉洛芬治疗过敏性结膜炎的疗效。方法选取过敏性结膜炎患者67例，随机分为试验组(n=34)和对照组(n=33)，试验组给予0.5 g/L氮卓斯汀滴眼液及1 g/L普拉洛芬滴眼液，对照组仅给予0.5 g/L氮卓斯汀滴眼液，于治疗后3 d和7 d分别观察2组患者症状体征的改善情况和总体疗效。结果治疗3d后，2组患者症状体征评分均较治疗前有所改善，且试验组(6.35±2.08)优于对照组(14.82±3.13)(P<0.05)；7 d后，2组评分均较3 d时进一步改善，且试验组(1.36±0.97)优于对照组(5.15±1.42)(P<0.05)。试验组3 d及7 d总有效率分别为67.6%和79.4%，高于对照组39.4%和51.5%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合应用氮卓斯汀和普拉洛芬滴眼液能够有效提高过敏性结膜炎的治疗效果。
