目的：观察纳米银敷料在神经外科褥疮患者中的护理效果。方法将70例褥疮患者随机分为2组：纳米银敷料组和对照组，各35例。纳米银敷料组患者使用纳米银敷料护理褥疮。对照组患者使用普通无菌纱布护理褥疮。观察2组患者2周后创面愈合情况，记录2组患者的住院时间和住院费用。结果纳米银敷料组的创面愈合情况（治愈15例，好转11例，无效9例）优于对照组（治愈8例，好转11例，无效16例）（Z=-2.007， P=0.045），纳米银敷料组的住院时间（47.8±9.7）d短于对照组（54.5±13.3）d（t=3.152，P=0.0026），而住院费用（13658.3±384.8）元则少于对照组（16846.8±428.9）元（t=2.775，P=0.0041）。结论纳米银敷料对褥疮患者有良好的护理效果。%Objective To observe the nursing effect of nano silver dressing on the neurosurgery patients underwent bedsore. Methods Seventy patients underwent bedsore were divided into two groups, nano silver dressing group and control group. Nano silver dressing was used to protect the wound in the nano silver dressing group. Ordinary sterile gauze was used to protect the wound in the control group. The wound intertion status was estimated and recorded after 2 weeks in both groups. The hospital stays and hospitalization costs were recorded in both groups. Results The wound intertion status was better in the nano silver dressing group (15 patients were cured, 11 patients improved, 9 patients were not effective) than it in the control group (8 patients were cured, 11 patients improved, 16 patients were not effective) (Z=-2.007, P=0.045). The hospital stays in the nano silver dressing group (47.8±9.7)d was shorter than it in the control group (54.5±13.3)d (t=3.152,P=0.0026). The hospitalization costs in the nano silver dressing group ¥(13658.3±384.8) was less than it in the control group ¥(16846.8±428.9) (t=2.775, P=0.0041). Conclusion Nano silver dressing is more effective for the patients underwent bedsore.
