目的：总结急诊电子胃镜取物治疗儿童误服异物的护理工作经验。方法选择以急诊科抢救治疗的57例患者作为本次研究的对象。患者入选标准为年龄＜14周岁，均为误服异物患者。所有患儿均经电子胃镜取物，并采术前、术中和术后进行合理的护理。结果患者采取合理的护理方法后，在57例患者中，成功取物56例，成功率为98.25%。其中消化道和胃黏膜少量出血各1例，总发生率为3.51%。结论对儿童误服异物患者，采取电子胃镜取物治疗，并注重术前、术中和术后的护理工作，治疗效果显著。%Objective To summarize the experience of nursing care of children with oral foreign bodies treated by electronic gastroscopy in emergency department.Methods 57 patients treated by emergency department were selected as the subjects of this study. The inclusion criteria were younger than 14 years of age, were swallowed foreign body.All patients were by electronic gastroscope extract and operation, intraoperative and postoperative were reasonable nursing.Results The patients to take reasonable care and in 57 patients, successfully extract 56 cases, the success rate was 98.25%. The digestive tract and gastric mucosal bleeding were 1 cases, the total incidence rate was 3.51%.Conclusion For children with oral foreign body, take electronic gastroscopy, and pay attention to preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative care, the treatment effect is remarkable.
