皮肤创伤后铜绿假单胞菌生物膜感染的治疗效果研究

摘要

Pseudomons aeruginosa infection is common after trauma and hard for treatment. The study about Pseudomons aeruginosa, in recent years, found that it has obvious effect on drug resistence to injury and the treatment after infection is very dififcult in the biological membrane. So it is particularly important to eliminate the bioiflm in antimicrobial therapy. This paper reviewed the deifnition, from Pseudomons aeruginosa bioiflm characteristics andcurrent treatment progress, and provide new methods for the treatment of traumatic infection.%铜绿假单胞菌感染在创伤后常见，且治疗效果不佳，近年来对铜绿假单胞菌的不断研究，发现在其生物膜形成后，对药物有明显的抵抗作用，对于伤后感染来说治疗显得很棘手，因此如何消除生物膜在抗菌治疗中显得尤为重要。本文就从铜绿假单胞菌生物膜的定义、特性及目前治疗进展方面进行综述，进而为创伤后感染的治疗提供新方法。
