食管阻塞法在腹腔镜胆囊切除术麻醉中的应用

             

摘要

目的:观察食管阻塞法在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者全身麻醉诱导插管期对胃胀气的应用效果及安全性。方法选取行全麻腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者100例,ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级。随机分为食管阻塞组(E组)和对照组(C组),每组50例。术者在腹腔镜直视下观察判断是否有胃胀气的发生,并评价记录其程度。结果食管阻塞组(E组)无1例胃胀气,占0.00%,空胃50例;对照组(C组)胃胀气12例,占为24.00%,空胃38例;组间胃胀气比例差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论食管阻塞法可有效预防腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者全身麻醉诱导所致的胃胀气,改善麻醉质量与提高手术安全性。%Objective To observe the esophageal occlusion in laparoscopic resection in patients undergoing general anesthesia induction and tracheal intubation period the bloating application effect and safety.Methods 100 cases of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia were selected from the Department of hepatobiliary surgery, ASA I or II. Randomly divided into esophageal obstruction group (E group) and control group (group C), with 50 cases in each group. Observed to determine whether there is lfatulence occurred in laproscope, and record the degree of evaluation.Results The esophageal obstruction group (Group E) without a case of gastric lfatulence, 0.00% accounted for, 50 cases of empty stomach; Control group (Group C) bloating in 12 cases, accounted for 24.00%, 38 cases of empty stomach; Group bloating is proportional to the difference has statistical significance (P<0.01).Conclusion Esophageal obstruction method can be effective in preventing laparoscopic gallbladder resection in patients with induction of general anesthesia induced by gastric distention, improve the quality of anesthesia and to improve the safety of operation.
