天津市某三甲医院医务人员体检依从性及身体健康状况分析

         

摘要

目的:全面了解医务人员健康体检的依从性以及身体健康状况,为早期发现医务人员自身疾病并提高体检率提供依据。方法对2012~2014年天津某三甲医院医务人员的体检结果进行对比分析,体检内容包括:血常规、尿常规、乙肝五项、丙肝抗体、生化(心、肝、肾功,血脂,血糖)、血流变、X线胸透、心电图、B超等。结果2012年该三甲医院的医务人员体检率中,最高的为生化及血常规项目,均为88.4%,最低项目是血流变,仅为31.0%;2014年体检率最高项目为血常规,达85.5%,最低项目为尿常规,体检率为44.5%;2014年血常规、尿常规、生化项目体检依从率低于2012年,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血常规、生化(心肝肾功)、X-胸透的指标异常率,2014年度均高于2012年,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医务人员体检依从率不高,且医务人员身体健康状况堪忧,提示行政管理部门应给予关注,加强健康体检的管理,提高体检依从率,并对医务人员检出的致病危险因素给予干预,以促进医务人员的身体健康。%Objective Analysis medical staff healthy examination compliance and the physical health conditions to discover medical staffs' diseases early and increase the rate of health examination. Methods Analysis medical staffs’healthy examination re-sults compare 2012 with 2014 in a third-a hospital in Tianjin, include blood routine, urine routine, HBV five item, HCV antibody, biochemistry test (heart liver kidney function, blood fat, blood glucose), hemorrheology, chest fluoroscopy, ECG, B-mode ultraso-nography. Results The top health examination rate of biochemistry test and blood routine is 88.4%in 2012, the lowest rate of hem-orrheology test is 31.0%;the top rate of health examination on blood routine is 85.5%and the lowest rate of urine routine is 31.0%in 2014. Health examination rates of blood routine, urine routine, biochemistry test in 2014 are lower than 2012’s results (P<0.05). The rates of abnormal index include blood routine, ubiochemistry test, chest fluoroscopy in 2014 are higher than 2012’s (P<0.05). Conclusion The health examination rate of medical staff must be improved and physical conditions of medical staff are not optimis-tic. Administrative management should pay close attention to the physical health of medical staff .
