目的:探讨在不同的生长时期金银花茎和叶中总黄酮、绿原酸含量的变化情况。方法:采用回流提取法对不同生长时期金银花茎和叶中的总黄酮、绿原酸进行提取。以总黄酮、绿原酸含量为指标,考察不同生长时期金银花茎和叶中有效成分含量的变化情况。采用HPLC法测定金银花茎叶中绿原酸的含量,采用紫外分光光度法-比色法测定金银花茎叶中总黄酮的含量。结果与结论:在不同的生长时期,金银花叶中总黄酮和绿原酸的含量均明显高于金银花茎中总黄酮和绿原酸的含量。与金银花茎相比,金银花叶更具有进一步开发和利用的应用价值。%Objective: To investigate the influence of growth period of total flavonoids and chlorogenic acid from honeysuckle stems and leaves. Methods:Combined the content of total flavonoids and chlorogenic acid as indexes to evaluate the honeysuckle stems and leaves picked at different growth periods.Using HPLC to determine the content of chlorogenic acid,using ultraviolet spectrophotometry-colorimetric to determine the content of the total flavonoids.Result:The content of total flavonoids and chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle stems and leaves picked in different growth period have great differences. The content of target component in honeysuckle leaves were more than honeysuckle stems.Conclusion:The honeysuckle leaves shows the potential to be exploited as antioxidant and food additives.
