Since the founding of New China , there have been three genearations of young teachers in universities :the old , the middle-aged , and the young generations . T hree generations of young teachers live in different historical periods , and experienced different academia and life situations . In reviewing the academic paths and life courses of the three generations of young teachers , it is found that young teachers of different times have been confronted with different historical circumstances due to the interaction of objective historical conditions and subjective experiences ;young teachers living in different times all have had a thirst for knowledge and the persistence in dissemination of knowledge ;facing different realities of different times , they have had diversified choices , but all dedicated to the pursuit of “peaceful” life in w hich they can be immersed in daily teaching and scientific research .%新中国成立以来,大学青年教师已经历了老、中、青三代,三代青年教师在不同历史时期,有着不同的学术与生活境遇。扫描三代青年教师走过的学术与生活历程,发现曾经同样年轻的他们,却因客观历史与主观经验交互作用产生不同的历史境遇;虽然处在不同历史境遇中,却有着渴求知识、传播知识的共同坚守;面临不同时空有着多样选择,却都是追求沉浸于日常教学与科研的“安心”人生。
