“生命・实践”:学生道德发展的有效路径

     

摘要

The series of Professor Ye Lan's “Life・Practice” pedagogy is deeply rooted in the educational notion of Chinese traditional culture : “teaching about the heaven , the earth , men and all things in the world ,and cultivating life consciousness” . It sets the goal of moral education as “promoting the development of people in fulfilling missions , and achieving the fulfillment of missions through promoting the development of people” . It takes the grounded research route of “integrate teachers' roles as knowledge provider and spirit mentor” , which leads to the birth of a multifaceted and interactive“academic community” . Based on the basic subjects , it provides “all‐round” guidance for the development of morality , and aims to construct new class culture as a good environment for promoting students' morality development .%叶澜老师“生命・实践”教育学论著系列丛书根植于中国传统文化“教天地人事,育生命自觉”的教育理念;提出了“在成事中成人,以成人促成事”的道德教育目标;以“经师与人师融通合一”的扎根式研究路径,促进了一个多边联动的“学术共同体”的诞生;立足基础学科:“全方位”引领德育发展;创建新的班级文化:致力于建立促进学生道德发展的良好环境。
