It has been ten years since the beginning of the construction of a learning society and learning community in China.In order to get better understanding and take further practice , this pa-per uses a special form called “dialogue between a professor and a student ”.In this dialogue, we reaffirms the content and nature of learning society , describes the progress and achievement of learn -ing community construction, and discusses some basic relations needed to be handled in the future . We especially hope that we should look forward to the new journey of learning society and learning community in a much wider and dipper background of this era .We also should expect the new take-off of the construction of a learning society and learning community .% 学习型社会、学习型社区建设，自21世纪起，在我国已经留下了整整十年的前行脚印。为了使其走向更加完善的认知，以及更加深入的实践，本文以“师生对话”形式，重申了学习型社会的内涵与本质，描绘了学习型社区建设业已取得的进步与成就，以及需要进一步处理好的一些基本关系。尤其但愿的是：让我们在一种更加宽阔、更加深远的时代发展背景中去展望学习型社会、学习型社区建设的新的征程、去期待学习型社会、学习型社区建设的新的腾飞！
