构建覆盖西藏全区继续教育模式的实践与探讨

摘要

The construction of continuing education in the whole area of Tibet is an important step in building a peaceful and harmonious society;It is also the urgent need to promote the econom-ic and social development in Tibet autonomous region .Based on the practice of continuing education model in Tibet , this paper analyses the problem and puts forward some related suggestions .%构建覆盖西藏全区的继续教育模式，既是建设平安与和谐社会的重要举措，也是推动西藏自治区经济社会跨越式发展的迫切需要。文章通过对构建覆盖西藏全区继续教育模式实践的分析和探讨，对西藏继续教育的发展模式和完善机制提出了基于实践的思路和建议。
