加氢裂化装置新氢压力波动分析及其控制措施

         

摘要

格尔木炼油厂加氢裂化装置是原料油在高温、高压、临氢及催化剂存在的情况下,进行一系列反应,以制取所需产品的催化转化过程。反应系统压力是其工艺过程中的重要参数之一。新氢压力直接影响着反应系统压力,保证新氢压力平稳是装置操作平稳的一个必要因素,本文就新氢压力波动进行分析,并提出相应的控制措施。%The hydrocracking unit in Golmud refinery uses raw oil to produce desired products via a series of reactions under high temperature and high pressure in the presence of hydrogen and catalyst. The pressure of reaction system is one of important parameters in the process. The new hydrogen pressure directly affects the reaction system pressure, to ensure the smooth new hydrogen pressure is an essential factor in steady operation of the device. In this paper, causes of new hydrogen pressure fluctuation were analyzed, and the corresponding control measures were put forward.
