程序升温硫化实验装置的防腐蚀措施

摘要

催化剂的硫化性能可以在全自动催化剂特征表征仪上通过程序升温硫化法（TPS）迚行表征，该实验设备简单、方法灵活、结果可靠。但是，在实验过程中，硫化气体和反应生成物会对实验装置造成腐蚀。分析了TPS实验过程中腐蚀现象产生的原因，幵对实验方法迚行了适当改迚和调整，提出了相应的防护措施。%Temperature-programmedsulfurization(TPS) in theautomaticcatalystcharacterizationinstrumentis the easiest andthemost effective method to study the sulfurizingperformance of catalysts.But the instrumentiseasy to be corrodedduring TPS.
