PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a value of activation energy of a composition existing in a solid sample.;SOLUTION: A temperature-programmed desorption analyzer that heats a sample 602 and controls a temperature of the sample 602 according to a temperature program using a temperature as a function of a time, and detects and records signal strength in proportion to the amount of a composition desorbed from the sample 602 for each constant time, includes a computer 613 for obtaining a relation between the converted signal strength and a time or the constant multiple of a generalized time, and based on the relation, calculating activation energy of a composition existing in the sample 602.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
