利用HYSYS对小型N2-CH4膨胀机天然气液化流程进行模拟,分析关键参数对流程性能(比功耗、液化率)的影响。结果显示:降低制冷剂高压压力、LNG储存压力、制冷剂中甲烷含量和提高制冷剂低压压力、天然气入口压力,有利于减少比功耗;提高制冷剂高压压力、LNG储存压力、制冷剂中甲烷含量和降低制冷剂低压压力、天然气入口压力,有利于提高天然气液化率。%HYSYS was used to simulate N2-CH4 expander natural gas liquefaction process; influences of key parameters on the performance (including power consumption ratio and liquefaction rate) of N2-CH4 expander liquefaction process were analyzed. The results show that, reducing refrigerant high pressure, LNG storage pressure, the methane content in the refrigerant, as well as improving the refrigerant low pressure and gas inlet pressure, can reduce power consumption ratio;improving the refrigerant high-pressure, LNG storage pressure, the methane content in the refrigerant, as well as reducing refrigerant low-pressure, gas inlet pressure, can improve natural gas liquefaction rate.
