热套式超高压容器筒体有限元分析及优化

         

摘要

使用有限元软件对双层热套式超高压容器的筒体在非工作状态和工作状态下的应力分布进行了仿真模拟。并运用等强度理论对筒体的壁厚和过盈量进行了优化,不仅减小了过盈量,降低安装的工作难度,也使各层筒体应力分布基本达到相等,内筒内壁到外筒内壁相当应力的变化率明显减小,满足了等强度理论从而最大限度地利用筒体材料。%The stress distribution of cylinder of double-layer shrunk-on ultrahigh pressure vessel under non-working condition and working condition was simulated by using finite element analysis software. The strength theory was used to optimize wall thickness and interference of the cylinder, which not only could decrease the interference to reduce installation difficulty, but also make stress distribution of each layer of cylinder achieve equal, stress change of the inner wall, inner tube to outer tube wall could be decreased, the tube material could be saved.
