近年来，海洋油气污染事件频发。海洋油污染之来源包括：石油钻探及炼化过程泄漏、船舶运输过程泄漏、废水处理海洋放流、天然渗漏以及其他经河川流入海洋的泄漏。海洋漏油处理中存在一个主要问题：污水处理过程中产生的废物达到实际泄露量的10倍以上，直到清理程序完成和废油已经堆积时才意识到这个问题。污液处理和处理后的管理是海洋漏油被称作“经济危机”的主要原因。通过分析一些海洋漏油事故的废物处理方法和管理程序，描述了预先废物管理体系，它是漏油清理策略中的重要组成部分，最后还提出了一些建议和经验。%In recent years, ocean pollution caused by oil and gas happens frequently. The origin of pollution includes leakage of oil drilling and refining process, leakage of shipment and transportation, release of wastewater treatment process, natural leakage and other leakage through rivers to ocean. The treatment of ocean oil leak has one main problem: the waste from polluted water treatment is 10 times higher than its actual leakage volume. However this problem has been always noticed. Polluted fluid treatment and treated waste management are the main reason to cause that the ocean oil leakage is called “ economic crisis ’’.In this pare, treatment methods of the waste from the ocean oil leak were analyzed as well as the management process, and beforehand waste management system as an important part of oil leak treatment strategy was described. At last, some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
