Polyamide materials are mainly used in tire line and transportation fields, it has a certain influence on development of transportation industry. The preparation process of polyamide imide is the key to improve polyamide materials. In this article, a new type of polyamide imide enamelled wire insulation paint was prepared. The results show that the prepared material has good temperature sensitivity, and there is a linear relationship; using appropriate anion can prepare high performance and high temperature resistance polyamide imide insulating varnish.%聚酰胺材料当前主要应用在轮胎线、传输运输等领域，其对于交通运输行业的发展有着一定的影响。其中改进的关键是聚酰胺酰亚胺的制备工艺问题，本文从改进材料运输角度制备了新型的聚酰胺酰亚胺漆包线漆的绝缘材料，实验结果发现制备材料具有较好的温敏性，且可以认为呈线性的关系。温度变化引起溶解度浓度的主要原因是引入的阴离子，故采用适当的阴离子可以制备性能优良的耐高温聚酰胺酰亚胺绝缘漆，这一研究对于我国交通运输行业的发展具有一定意义。
