自然耗油对油田化工能量流和碳素流分析研究

     

摘要

从系统的角度出发,明确了油田化工系统的主要工艺、能耗设备,并分别从能量和碳排放角度对系统进行了划分;运用能量流分析方法,从系统角度对油田企业的工艺流程进行了能量流分析,确定了油田化工总系统和子系统的边界和主要影响指标,建立了各子系统和总系统的能量流分析模型,该模型能够清晰反映出我国典型油田企业的能量流动情况,并在此基础上,分析影响油田化工总系统和各子系统的影响因素及其变化规律.针对目前石油开采典型工艺流程,运用物质流分析方法,确定了CO2的排放边界,建立了各子系统和总系统的碳素流模型图,通过解析各个环节的碳流运动方式以及运动方向.%The main process and energy consumption of the oilfield chemical system were clarified, and the system was divided from the energy aspect and carbon emission aspect, respectively. The energy flow analysis method was used to analyze the process flow of the oil field enterprise from the system viewpoint,the boundary and main impact indicators of oilfield chemical total system and subsystems were determined. The energy flow analysis model of the subsystems and the total system was established. The model can clearly reflect the energy flow of typical oil field enterprises in China. On this basis, the influencing factors and the changing laws of the oilfield chemical system and the subsystems were analyzed. Aiming at the typical process flow of oil exploitation, the emission boundary of CO2 was determined by using material flow analysis method. The carbon flow model of each subsystem and the total system was established, and the carbon flow pattern and movement direction of each link were analyzed.
