FC-32A加氢裂化催化剂的工业应用

摘要

Industrial application results of FC-32A catalyst in 2.0 Mt/a hydrocracking unit in Yanzi petrochemical company were introduced,including catalyst loading result,the yields and main properties of products and the energy consumption of this unit.The results showed that,during the calibration,the yield of heavy naphatha was 28.63％,which was 5％ higher than the design value;the yield of jet fuel was 19.44％,which was 6％ higher than the design value;the yield of diesel was 29.56％,which was 4％ higher than design value;the yield of bottom oil mixed with 50％ diesel fraction was 14.07％.However,its BMCI value was less than 15,which was still an excellent feedstock for producing ethylene by steam cracking,%介绍了FC-32A催化剂在扬子石化2.0 Mt/a加氢裂化装置的工业应用结果,包括催化剂的装填,标定期间的产品收率与主要性质以及装置的能耗结果.结果表明,标定期间重石脑油收率为28.63％,较设计值低5％;航煤收率为19.44％,较设计值高6％;柴油收率为29.56％,较设计值高4％;加氢尾油含有50％柴油馏分,其收率为14.07％,但BMCI值不大于15,仍然是优质的蒸汽裂解制乙烯原料.
