In a 0.1m inner diameter wetted wall column with 38 ceramic tubes with inner diameter of 8 mm and outer diameter of 10 mm, the gas and liquid mass transfer rate was studied by using SO2/NaOH and CO2/H2O systems at 20℃. Experimental results show that, when liquid phase Reynolds number is from 55 to 165 and gas phase Reynolds number is in the range from 360 to 2000, liquid phase Sherwood number is proportionate to ReG's 0.662 power and ReL's 0.851 power, respectively; gas phase Sherwood number is proportionate to ReG's 1.103 power and ReL's 0.226 power.%在内径为0.1 m,由38根内径为8 mm,外径为10 mm,高120 mm陶瓷管组成的多管湿壁塔中,采用SO2/NaOH和CO2/H2O系统,研究了20℃的气液传质速率.实验结果表明,液相雷诺数在ReL在55~165之间,气相雷诺数ReG在360~2000之间,液相舍伍德数分别与ReG的0.662次方和ReL的0.851次方成正比;气相舍伍德数分别与ReG的1.103ReL的0.226次方成正比.
