There are many factors that make it difficult for graduates to find jobs, such as the huge number of employees, the quality of graduates, the development of real economy, and the concept of graduates' choosing jobs, but the fundamental reason is the imbalance between supply and demand of talents. It is an important way for colleges and universities to promote full employment of graduates by establishing a feedback mechanism to track the employment of graduates, grasping the changes of poor talents and adjusting the process of talent training accordingly. And through entrepreneurship and employment to improve poverty, to achieve the goal of precise poverty alleviation.
