摘要

结合某砌体结构教学楼改造项目的工程实例，介绍了改造项目中检测鉴定的主要内容及方法，将现场检测、安全性鉴定及抗震鉴定相结合，并提出了相应的加固方法，以提高房屋的安全性能及抗震性能，从而确保改造项目后期的安全使用，可供类似项目参考。%According adopting the combined method of detection,safety appraisal and seismic appraisal of a masonry teaching building renovation project,introduced the main content and method of the detection and identification for the renovation project,and put forward the corresponding reinforcement method for improving the safety performance and seismic performance of the building,so as to ensure that the renovation project can be safely in the later period,available for reference to similar projects.
