基于面板数据的养老地产投资环境评价研究——以江苏省13市为例

摘要

The papper establishes evaluation indicator of the pension real estate investment environment fromfive aspects of economic environment,population environment,natural environment,policy environment and the development of related industries,and then uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each indicator to establish an evaluation indicator system. Then,combined with the panel data of cities of Jiangsu, sorts and classifies the pension real estate investment environment of cities of Jiangsu,and verify the rationality of the evaluation index system.%从经济环境、人口环境、自然环境、政策环境以及相关产业发展情况五个方面构建养老地产投资环境评价指标,通过层次分析法确定指标权重建立评价指标体系.结合江苏省地级市面板数据,对江苏省地级市养老地产投资环境进行优越度排序和分类,并对评价指标体系的合理性进行验证.
