某钛铁矿分级磁选分级浮选试验研究

         

摘要

Partial grinding product was screened into several narrow size fractions to be processed by the hybrid separation method of classified magnetic separation and classified flotation comparing with that of full size samples .The results of three stage preconcentration of high intensity magnetic separationand then one rougher flotation showed that the final concentrate with TiO 2 grade of 33.60%and TiO2 recovery of 45.64% were obtained by using "classified magnetic separation -classified flotation", and the final concentrate with TiO 2 grade of 32.17% and TiO2 recovery of 41.03%were obtained by using "whole grade magnetic separation -flotation", showing that the sorting re-sults of classified separation are much better than these of whole grade separation .Classified mag-netic separation is conducive to the recycle of the fine ilmenite , while it causes loss to the coarse il-menite.Overall, classified magnetic separation benefits the sorting results because the quantity of the fine ilmenite is higher than the coarse one .Classified flotation separation is beneficial to impro-ving the sorting results especially for that of the coarse size fraction , and the mechanism of classified flotation separation is that it reduces the interaction of fine and coarse ilmenites in all probability .%将部分磨矿产品筛分为窄粒级物料,采用"分级磁选—分级浮选"和"全粒级磁选—浮选"分选流程,对攀枝花密地选钛厂原矿进行选矿试验,分别经过三段强磁预富集—一段浮选得到粗精矿.结果表明,全粒级磁选—浮选最终精矿TiO2品位为32.17%,TiO2回收率为41.03%;分级磁选—分级浮选最终精矿TiO2品位为33.60%,TiO2回收率为45.64%,分级分选指标明显优于全粒级分选.分级磁选更有利于细粒级钛铁矿的回收,但造成粗粒级损失,但细粒级含量高,因此分级磁选更有利于提高选别指标;分级浮选有利于提高各粒级矿物的浮选指标,尤其是较粗粒级矿物,效果更明显,分析其机理很可能是分级浮选减少了粗细颗粒间的相互影响.
