利用自主开发的自收缩试验系统对早强高强快速修补混凝土的自收缩进行了研究,并建立了水灰比为0.40~0.45的路面快速修补水泥混凝土的自收缩分段预测模型.研究表明,吸水树脂对于降低早强高强快速修补混凝土的自收缩具有明显的降低效应,有效地弥补了因自收缩对混凝土微膨胀性的削弱.不同水灰比下,未掺加树脂的混凝土自收缩预测采用二次多项式方程和幂函数方程具有较高精度.树脂对混凝土的体积变形具有调控作用,因此,掺加树脂的混凝土自收缩预测根据具体情况需分别采用二次多项式、线性函数以及对数函数进行分段预测.%The autogenous shrinkage of rapid early and high strength concrete containing super absorbent polymer via research group de-veloped experimental system were determined,and it establishes the autogenous shrinkage prediction model of rapid early and high strength concrete with the 0.40~0.45 W/C ratio.The results showed that super absorbent polymer had a significant effect on reducing the autogenous shrinkage of concrete,and effectively compensated for the weakening of the slight expansibility of concrete due to autogenous shrinking.Under different water cement ratio,it is of high precision that quadratic polynomial equation and power function equation are used to predict autogenous shrinkage prediction of concrete without super absorbent polymer.The volume deformation of concrete can be controlled partly by super absorbent polymer,therefore,autogenous shrinkage prediction model of concrete with adding super absorbent polymer is different.The prediction of them may use other equations,such as quadratic polynomial,linear function and logarithm function respectively.
