通过对比试验及理论分析研究了不同配合比及不同代砂率条件下,粒化高炉矿渣代砂混凝土的干燥收缩发展规律.结果表明:粒化高炉矿渣代砂混凝土与普通混凝土的收缩变化趋势相同,均随着龄期的增长而逐渐增大,并且在120 d龄期后明显变慢;在相同水胶比条件下,粒化高炉矿渣代砂混凝土前期收缩速率小于或接近普通混凝土,后期逐渐超越普通混凝土,且通过曲线拟合预测可知其最终干燥收缩值均大于普通混凝土;当粒化高炉矿渣代砂率相同时,水胶比越小,混凝土的最终收缩值也越小.%In the condition of different generation of sand ratio and different water cement ratio,the drying shrinkage discipline of concrete using granulated blast furnace slag fine aggregates was studied by compared the experiment and theoretical analysis.The results indicate that concrete using granulated blast furnace slag fine aggregates has the same change of drying shrinkage trend with the ordinary concrete,increasing with the date grows,and became significantly slower after 120 days.When water cement ratio is same,the early shrinkage rate of concrete using granulated blast furnace slag fine aggregates is less than or equal to the ordinary concrete,the latter gradually beyond the ordinary concrete,and the final drying shrinkage value of concrete using granulated blast furnace slag aggregates is greater than the ordinary concrete by the curve fitting.When the sand ratio of concrete using granulated blast furnace slag aggregates is same,the lower the water cement ratio is,the lower the final drying shrinkage value of concrete.
