多源信息融合的尾矿库实时预警与评估系统设计

     

摘要

In order to implement real-time monitoring and assessing function of tailings dam, we put forward a warning and safety assessment method based on multi-source information fusion. By means of multi-source information fusion method to establish a structured set of features which consist of data obtained by direct engineering and weather forecast information. Then, system use the hierarchy analysis process which combine of qualitative and quantitative to analysis the structured set of features of the tailings dam. Finally system will give a mark of the analysis results. When the score reaches the threshold value, the screen output disaster evolution trend. It breaks through the limitation of the single indicator monitoring mode. The multi-index comprehensive evaluation method greatly increases the accuracy and timeliness of forecasts. At the same time it is significant in reducing the risk of tailings dam and controlling the scope of the disaster damage.%为了实现对尾矿库进行实时监测和评估的功能,提出一种基于多源信息融合的预警和安全评估方法.以直接工程手段获取的数据及气象预测信息,应用多源信息融合的方法建立结构化特征集,并利用定性与定量相结合的层次分析法对尾矿库的结构化特征集进行分析,最后对分析的结果进行综合评分,当评分值达到阈值时进行预警并输出灾情演变态势.监测系统的建成突破了国内以往进行单一指标监测的局限,多指标综合评价的方法增加了预测的准确性和及时性,对减少尾矿库溃坝风险及控制灾情损伤范围具有重要的意义.
