水轮机水动力效率性能优化方法研究

     

摘要

针对水轮机叶片是水轮机获取潮流能的关键部件,为提高潮流能水轮机能量捕获效率为目标,由于叶片外形装置对水轮机捕能效率性能有影响.建立功率50W的水轮机叶片模型,采用翼刀和翼尖小翼先进技术对水轮机叶片进行优化设计,并运用叶素-动量理论和数值仿真方法研究新型叶片对水轮机水动力效率性能进行仿真.结果计算表明了水轮机叶片基本模型的正确性和可靠性.数值仿真结果表明翼刀装置和翼尖小翼装置均能改善水轮机的能量捕获效率,相比翼刀装置而言,翼尖小翼装置更有利于提高水轮机能量捕获效率.%As a kind of clean,pollution-free,rich and renewable ocean energy,the tidal current energy can effectively alleviate the energy crisis due to its reasonable development and utilization.In view of the turbine blade belonging to the key components of the turbine to obtain the tidal current energy,the effects of the turbine blade shape device on the energy capture efficiency of hydroturbine is researched to improve the energy conversion efficiency of tidal energy equipment.Based on the 50W-class tidal current hydroturbines blade,the influence of wing fence and wing tip winglet devices on optimizing the design of turbine blade is studied with the help of the BEM theory and numerical simulation (CFD) methods.Theoretical analysis results show the correctness and reliability of the turbine model.Numerical simulation results indicate that the wing fence and wing tip winglet devices can improve the energy capture efficiency,and the latter is more advantageous to improve the efficiency of turbine energy capture compared with the former.
