自助服务终端界面交互设计研究

         

摘要

Self-service terminals in China are being developed rapidly, but many users still cannot enjoy its facility. The main reason is the deficiency of effective interaction design methods in the interface design process. What kind of interaction design methods can be applied to satisfy public users requirement in the maximum extent has been the main research question for self-service terminals' designers and researchers. Recent self-service terminal research in interface interaction design area is mainly focused on building user perception model, proposing correspondent interface design methods and self-service terminals' interface evaluation methods, which are summarized in this paper to assist the interface interaction design and research of self-service terminals. The research tendency of self-service terminal interface interaction design was discussed.%当前国内自助服务终端设备的建设速度很快,但仍有很多用户不能充分享受自助服务技术带来的便利,这主要是由于自助服务终端在界面设计的过程中缺乏合理的交互设计方法.采用什么样的界面交互设计方法才能在最大程度上满足大众用户的需求,是自助服务终端设计和研究人员面对的主要问题.近年来国内外对自助服务终端界面交互问题的研究主要集中在3个方面:建立用户感知模型,提出面向自助服务终端的界面交互设计方法以及研究自助服务终端界面评估方法.综述了这3个方面的研究,并探讨了自助服务终端交互界面设计研究的发展趋势.
