This paper researches on the problem that pictures displaying and dynamic refreshing on ArcGIS may lead to the high CPU usage, high memory usage, unstable system, and the unsmooth display effect. This article in view of the current ArcGIS to provide relevant methodological shortcomings and inadequacy, puts forward a new dynamic refresh idea, namely the use of GDI way to establish multiple buffer channel, in the new thread to complete the picture of the dynamic refresh. In order to successfully promote the picture display effect, reduces the CPU usage, and ensures that the pictures were dynamic refreshed fluency and stability.%就ArcGIS显示大量图片并动态刷新导致的CPU使用率高、内存占用率高、系统不稳定、显示效果不流畅等问题,本文做了相关的实验和研究.针对当前ArcGIS提供的相关方法的缺点和不足,本文提出新的动态刷新思路,即利用GDI的方式建立多缓冲通道的方式,在新的线程中完成图片的动态刷新,从而成功地提升了图片的显示效果,降低了CPU的使用率,确保了对大量图片进行动态刷新时的流畅性和稳定性.
