现代医学细胞显微图像分割改进算法

摘要

The development of modern medical science requires automation , efficiency and humanization , and the image segmen-tation technology is widely applied in this field .In this paper , an improved method derived from Otsu algorithm is put forward , according to the characteristics of the cell microscopic image .The algorithm is to achieve multiple segmentation , and improve its feasibility, effectiveness and applicability .The simulation results show that the performance of the improved algorithm is superior to Otsu algorithm.%为了提高现代医疗检验中图像处理的有效性和精确度，本文以医疗检验中各类细胞的显微图像为对象，运用最大类间方差分割算法对其进行图像分割，针对细胞显微图像自身的特点和最大类间方差法存在的不足，改进算法，实现多次分割，得到最佳分割阈值；在保障算法可行性的同时，提高算法的有效性和适用性。仿真实验结果表明，改进的算法更适用于多种细胞显微图像分割。
