基于红外测温的无线温度监测系统的研究

     

摘要

With the bare and narrow space in Closed Switchgear, the safe and efficient monitoring of the temperature of electric joints has always been a problem. Traditional contact temperature measurement has potential security problems. However, no-contact temperature measurement and SDW (short-distance wireless communication) is able to solve high-voltage isolation and also provides a reliable guarantee for switchgear stable operation. With infrared temperature sensor as the sensing temperature devices and wireless data transceiver chip CC2500 for RF transmission module, a wireless temperature monitoring system is designed for on-line monitoring operating temperature for switchgear. The measurement range of the system is 0~ l00℃ and measurement accuracy is 4%. Test results show that the wireless temperature monitoring system can accurately and reliably monitor temperature conditions of switchgear cabinet and the system is of good stability, high insulativity and high accuracy.%封闭式开关柜具有裸露高压、空间狭小等特点,柜内电气联结点温度的安全高效监测一直是一个难题;传统接触式测温存在绝缘性隐患,采用非接触测温和短距离无线通信技术,能够解决高压隔离,为开关柜运行稳定提供可靠保障;以红外温度传感器为感温器件,无线数据收发芯片CC2500为射频传输模块,研制一套针对封闭式开关柜的无线温度监测系统,实现高压开关柜刀闸运行温度在线监测;该系统测量范围为0~100℃,测量精度可达4%;实验测试表明,无线温度监测系统运行稳定、绝缘性高、误差小,可以准确可靠地监测开关柜柜内监测点温升情况.
