Based on WinCE6. 0 intelligent mobile platform, this paper design a set of video surveillance terminal software, compatible with GPRS and WIFI wireless link, real-time control was realized using RTP video transmission, and by means of multithreading technolo-gy> one RTP video sequence was decomposed into 3 subtask modules. Finally, the performance improvement of decoding display was discussed. Adopting Windows GDI compatible DirectDraw technique has realized double buffering display. Proved by the experiment, the processor in the mobile (200MHZ's ARM kernel), transfer video by frame rate about 5FPS through GPRS networks;WIFI network real-time frame rate can reach 20FPS above. It' s stable and reliable in performance respect.%基于WinCE6.0智能手机平台设计了一套视频监控终端软件,分析了视频网络传输的途径,兼容GPRS和WIFI无线网络链路,采用RTP实现了视频传输的实时控制,并以多线程技术将视频RTP包的接收、排序组帧和视频解码分解为3个子线程任务模块;最后讨论了解码显示性能的改进,使用与Windows GDI兼容的DirectDraw技术实现视频双缓冲显示;实验表明,使用200MHz、ARM内核处理器的手机进行测试,在GPRS网络环境下视频帧率约5FPS;WIFI网络环境下实时帧率可达20FPS以上,性能稳定可靠.
