基于改进扩展关联模型的飞机组件测试性研究

         

摘要

The multi—signal flow graph is a simple and effective system modeling methodology, widely used in testability analysis and fault diagnosis field. In order to reduce the unnecessary replacement of components in the Aircraft maintenance process and improve maintenance efficiency, the multi — signal flow graphs method was introduced, and it was used to set up the testability model of Aircraft Audio Management Unit and found the failure—testability dependency matrix and the failure—failure dependency matrix. To match with real unit failure message, failure—failure matrix is improved and the real failure—failure dependency matrix is founded, the testability model was analyzed. By the actual maintenance experience, the faults can be located quickly, the appropriate maintenance measure is given, the unnecessary step in general maintenance is decreased, the influence of human factors is reduced, and repair time is greatly shortened by using the improved signal model.%多信号流图模型是一种简单而有效的系统建模方法,已广泛地应用于测试性分析和故障诊断领域;为了减少飞机维修过程中组件的不必要更换,提高维修效率,对多信号流图模型的建模方法进行研究,以飞机音频管理组件(AMU)为例,建立多信号流图模型,构建故障一测试关联矩阵和故障一故障关联矩阵;为与实际出现的组件故障信息相匹配,对故障一故障矩阵进行改进,构建了实际故障信息一故障关联矩阵,对组件模型进行测试性分析;由实际维修经验可知,该信号模型可快速地定位故障,给出相应的维修措施,减少通常维修中采取的不必要措施,降低了人为因素的影响,大大地缩短了维修时间.
