基于LabVIEW的时钟脉冲式位移测量系统

     

摘要

With the basis of the theory of time-space coordinate transformation, a method to measure displacement was proposed by turning physical scales into virtual pulse scales. Under the LabVIEW environment, a linear displacement measurement system and data processing are realized) experimental results show the validation of the idea. The method is expected to meet various precision demand of linear displacement measurement system by regulating frequency and simplify the structure of the system by replacing grated line, which avoid the Technical problem caused by precise grate. The test results show that the system has good performances.%基于时空坐标转换理论,提出将物理刻度虚拟化为脉冲刻度进行位移测量的方法在LabVIEW环境下实现系统的搭建和数据的处理;指出用频率可调的脉冲刻度来代替栅线刻度从而简化了系统结构,避免了精密刻线带来的技术难题和满足了不同测量系统的精度要求;20组测量值与真值精度的对比曲线表明,时钟脉冲式位移测量系统能够进行位移的测量并可以通过调节脉冲的频率来满足测试精度要求,达到设计要求.
