基于关联模型的故障样本集覆盖性定量评价方法

         

摘要

Aiming at the issue that fault sample coverage rate of testability verification experiment is poor and credibility of test result is low,to evaluate the testability verification experiment fault sample,aquantitative evaluation method of fault sample based on associated model is put forward.Information characteristics model is established,including five testability design characteristics elements which are sys-tem structure,function,test points,test items,test signals and a fault information element.On this basis,associated model of design char-acteristics and associated model between fault and design characteristics are established.And according to the two associated models,design characteristics elements coverage concerning fault sample are calculated.Finally,an example proves that the method is feasible and effective.%针对测试性验证试验样本集覆盖性差和试验结果可信度低的问题,为有效评价测试性验证试验样本集,提出了基于关联模型的故障样本集覆盖性定量评价方法;该方法定义了系统的信息要素模型,包括结构、功能、测试点、测试项目、测试信号5个测试性设计要素和一个故障模式要素;在此基础上分析设计要素间及其与故障模式间的相互映射关系,建立设计特性要素关联模型和故障模式与设计特性要素关联模型,并根据建立的关联关系得到故障模式直接和间接相关的特性要素,计算故障样本集对设计要素的覆盖率;最后,通过案例应用证明了该方法的正确性。
