基于故障传播危害性的故障样本集选取方法

摘要

Harmfulness of failure pervasion is considered in sample selection of testability verification experiment.Some other factors are included such as cost,fault weights,failure pervasion, equivalent set to make the fault sample election more scientific and reasonable. With the result of fault sample selection of amplify filter circuit system and contrastive analysis of the other methods,it is proved that this method could meet the requirement of the sufficiency of sample,decrease the cost and be more valuable in engineering.%在测试性试验样本的选取中,引入故障传播危害性因素,综合考虑费用、故障重要度、故障等价集和故障传播因素,对故障样本进行更加科学合理的选择,并以放大滤波电路系统为例,进行故障样本选取,并与其他方法对比,结果表明,使用该方法得到的故障样本满足故障覆盖充分性要求,费用更少,更贴近于工程实践.
