考虑冲突的模具生产计划调度系统研究与实现

摘要

模具作为一种特殊的产品，在生产加工过程中经常受随机因素的冲击，其计划调度及交货期难以保证，关键加工设备利用率低。本文结合模具生产实际，重点研究了随机冲突的处理方法与过程，给出其生产计划、调度系统的组成与实现，通过实例说明这种方法的有效性。%Mould,as a kind of special product,is usually hit by the random factors during the production and processing.As a result,planning,scheduling and time of delivery are difficult to be ensured and the key equipment conflict treatment and put forward a method to construct and realize the planning and scheduling system.Finally,we specify the validity of the method with an example.
