钢铁企业煤气能量流网络的混杂Petri网分析

             

摘要

To realize the efficient operation of the Gas Energy Flow Network (G-EFN) in iron and steel enterprises, a comprehensive method of modeling, analyzing and optimizing was presented. The characteristics of G-EFN were generalized and descriptive model of G-EFN was founded by Hybrid Petri Net (HPN). Secondly, a fast energy value calculation method was given based on S-invariant of HPN model. The energy density index was proposed and the linear programming optimization model for bleeding gas of G-EFN were presented. The methods were verified by C,- EFN of an iron and steel enterprise. The presented method could provide method support for analysis and optimiza- tion of optimizing G-EFN.%为实现钢铁企业煤气能量网络的高效运行,给出一种综合建模、分析和优化方法。概括了煤气能量流网络的特性,并用混杂Petri网建立其描述模型;借助其混杂Petri网模型的S-不变量,给出一种快速能值计算方法;提出能量密度指标,给出放散煤气能量密度的线性规划优化模型。通过某钢铁企业煤气能量流网络对该方法进行了验证,结果表明该方法可以为煤气能量流网络的分析和优化提供方法支持。
