基于复杂网络的扩散制造知识评价与关联分析

         

摘要

为了在快速扩散制造模式下获取和重用制造知识,提高系统的决策效率,提出一种基于复杂网络的知识评价和关联性分析方法。首先分析扩散制造知识和知识活动的内涵;然后构建用于企业制造能力评价的复杂网络模型,在此基础上分析和计算网络的关键特征参数,并对知识节点重要性进行评价;最后提出基于最短路径的设备关联知识发现方法。在某航天企业的实施验证表明,该方法有效地实现了知识的重用和关联知识的推送,提高了系统的智能化水平。%In the mode of rapid proliferating manufacturing,to acquire and reuse manufacturing knowledge,and to improve the efficiency of decision-making,a method of knowledge evaluation and correlation analysis based on complex network was proposed.Knowledge and knowledge activities in proliferating manufacturing were analyzed,and a complex network model used for manufacturing capability evaluation of enterprises was built.On this basis,key characteristic parameters of net were analyzed and the importance of knowledge nodes was evaluated.A knowledge discovery method for related devices based on principle of shortest path was put forward.By application in an aerospace enterprise,this method was proved to be effective in achieving knowledge reuse and knowledge push,and in improving the intelligence of the proliferating manufacturing system.
