Image recognition technology is adopted in the project to quickly align the screw-driver and the screw nut of a low-voltage breaker and to test its automatic overload protection. Through understanding the requirements for the process of testing the overload protection, infrared CCD camera is applied to capture the image of the screw nut in bimetals of the low-voltage breaker and based on the OpenCV, the image is processed, thus realizing the recognition of the mid-point of the screw nut. In the meantime, the precision positioning of the screw-driver is made with the program of OPC Client to conduct communication with the shifting platform of the screwdriver controlled by PLC. The feasibility of the solution is confirmed by testing the performance of the intelligent control system for the low-voltage breaker.%为了对低压断路器智能测控系统中螺刀套筒快速对准断路器的螺母,从而进行自动化的过载保护测试,提出了采用图像识别技术的解决方案.通过了解过载保护测试过程的要求,采用红外CCD摄像机对低压断路器的双金属片上六边形螺母进行实时视频捕捉,基于开源计算机视觉类库对图像进行处理,实现对六边形螺母中心点的识别.同时,通过编写OPC客户端程序建立与PLC控制的螺刀套筒移动平台之间的通讯,对螺刀套筒位置的精确定位.通过在低压断路器智能测控系统上的测试,验证了此方法的可行性.
