A new closed-loop control model is proposed to make an effective ananlysis of the rate control mechanism for the reverse link in CDMA2000 1x EV-DO systems.Using discrete-time control theory, the rate control blocks for both the base station and the terminals are designed to construct the closed-loop control model.This model is used to analyze system stability and transient performance.Furthermore, the rate control block is designed by root locus design, and system stability and response time are validated by configuring different weighting factors.Finally, an optimal rate control strategy is obtained to achieve the performance goals of stability, fast response and low overshoot based on the rate control mechanism.%为有效分析CDMA2000 1x EV-DO反向链路速率控制问题,采用离散时间控制理论设计基站侧和终端侧速率控制模块,构建了一种闭环控制模型,用于系统稳定性和瞬态特性分析.此外,采用根轨迹设计法进行了速率控制模块的设计,通过在速率控制模块中配王不同的加权因子,进行系统稳定性和响应速度验证.求得最佳速率控制策略.实现了速率控制机制下系统的稳定,快响应、低过载等性能目标.
