Disassembly and tracing information system for waste electrical and electronic products is a system application based on the integrated multidisciplinary of IoT,computer science,storage and manufacturing automation,etc.In this paper we describe its basic business,system architecture,design and implementation,etc.Moreover we introduce the standardised modelling using tools of PowerDesigner 12.5 and Visio 2007.The design adopts the mixed mode of B/S architecture and the C /S architecture which is based on RFID data acquisition function,and realises the traceability and the management automation of disassembly process by using RFID technology. Deployment result indicates that the whole system is stable and reliable,has strong availability,and meets the actual business requirement of manufactures.%废弃电器电子产品拆解追溯信息系统是基于物联网技术、计算机技术、仓储和制造业自动化技术等多学科综合的系统应用。阐述它的基本业务、系统架构、设计实现等内容,并以 PowerDesigner 12.5和 Visio 2007进行规范化建模。该设计采用 B/S 架构与基于 RFID 数据采集功能的 C /S 架构的混合模式,利用 RFID 技术,实现拆解过程的可追溯化和管理的自动化。部署结果表明,系统整体稳定可靠,可用性强,贴合厂家的实际业务需求。
