螺杆压缩机转子型线中包络线的计算方法研究

     

摘要

The quality of the screw rotor profile has determined the performance of screw compressor. The arc, elliptical arc, parabola, straight line and cycloid could be expressed by simple parameter equation at present. But all these parameter equations envelope couldn't be expressed by simple form because of the existence of the envelope conditions. Considering about that,in the actual design,the process of transforming the rotors profile into the tooth of the cutter could be accomplished by a series of discrete points which is dense enough. So this paper proposes a route about calculating group of discrete points which belong to the parameter equations envelope on the base of traditional theory.%目前螺杆转子中的圆弧、椭圆、抛物线、直线和外摆线均可由简单的参数方程表示,但是这些方程所对应的包络线由于存在包络条件,使得用参数方程表示相当困难.考虑到将某段型线(包括包络线)转化成刀具只需要一组足够密的离散点就可以完成,所以在传统理论的基础上,提出了一种计算螺杆转子中参数方程对应包络线上离散点组的途径.
