往复压缩机管道振动分析与控制

             

摘要

This paper conducted a numerical simulation for the mechanical properties,gas column properties,flow pulsation and mechanical vibration response of some reciprocating compressor piping system.The main reason of causing the compressor pipeline system vibration is found according to a reasonable mechanical model of the reciprocating compressor pipeline system and the compressor design parameters, operating conditions and medium state parameters.Eventually, the reasonable measures to control vibration are developed, which achieves the desired effect.%对某往复压缩机管道系统的机械特性、气柱特性、气流脉动及机械振动响应进行数值模拟.根据往复压缩机管道系统建立合理的力学模型,并结合压缩机设计参数、运行工况及介质状态参数找出了引起压缩机管线振动的根本原因.最终,制定了合理的整改方案,振动消减效果明显.
