提高稠油油藏水驱开发效果研究

             

摘要

There are higher viscosity oil and lower waterflooding recovery in block C 25 of Chengjiazhuang oilfield .Ai-ming at these problems ,a kind of water-based viscosity reducer was screened in lab .According to the real reservoir condi-tion,a series of mobility ratio measurements and core flooding experiments were carried out .Experimental results show that adding the viscosity reducer solution with 400 mg/L concentration ,the oil viscosity was reduced by 53.6%under condition of reservoir;the viscosity of the viscosity reducer solution with 600mg/L concentration is 8.2 times that of water,and the viscosity reducer solution of 0.5 pore volume (PV) after waterflooding was injected , a incremental oil recovery reached to 18.7%;after injecting the viscosity reducer solution ,the displacement pressure was obviously increased;the earlier the vis-cosity reducer flood is ,the higher the incremental oil recovery is .%针对陈家庄油田陈25块原油粘度较大、水驱效率低的特点,室内实验优选了一种降黏体系。通过仪器测试和模拟油藏条件,开展了流度比和岩心水驱实验。实验结果表明,降黏体系浓度600 mg/L,水溶液黏度提高8.2倍;降黏体系浓度400 mg/L,地层条件下原油降黏率达到53.6%。体系浓度600 mg/L,水驱后注入降黏体系0.5PV,可提高驱油效率18.7%。注入降黏体系后,驱替压力明显上升。注入时机越早,提高水驱效果越明显。
