基于AHP方法常规公交服务水平模糊综合评价

摘要

为提高城市常规公交的服务水平，采用AHP方法对公交服务水平进行模糊综合评价。以蚌埠市为例，建立蚌埠市常规公交服务水平评价体系，由AHP方法计算出指标层对目标层的综合权重，从便捷性、安全性、准时性、经济性以及舒适性五个方面对公交服务进行模糊综合评价。评价结果表明：蚌埠市常规公交服务水平在便捷性、准时性、舒适性评价均为“满意”、安全性和经济性评价为“一般”，最后根据评价结果给出了相应的建议。%In order to improve level of regular bus service,using AHP to evaluate fuzzy comprehensively for Bengbu bus level of service.The evaluation system of the bus service level of Bengbu was established,and the comprehensive weight of index from index layer to target layer was evaluated,then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on level of service was made from conven-ience,security,punctuality,efficiency and comfort of the five aspects .The result shows convenience,punctuality and com-fort are satisfied,the security and efficiency are general.Finally response suggestion is put forward as these results.
