Infrared spectrum has been widely used in the study of chemical constitution of petroleum asphalt and polymer modified asphalt,and provides rich structure components information.This article summarizes the progress of the main ap-plications of infrared spectrum analysis in asphalt detection and provides the references for the applications in the study of asphalt chemical structure.%红外光谱在道路石油沥青、改性沥青化学结构分析研究领域具有广泛的实用性，且能够提供较为丰富的结构成分信息。概述了红外光谱分析技术在沥青检测方面的主要应用研究进展，为红外光谱分析法在沥青化学结构研究的应用提供参考。
